On April 1, 2024, we will establish a new joint research chair, "Joint Research Chair for Pharmaceutical Application Food Technology," within the Graduate School of Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical Sciences) of Kumamoto University, a national university corporation, and begin research.

This joint research program aims to create unprecedented new food tech by combining our company's unique salt control technology utilizing alginates with the formulation technology and expertise of the Department of Pharmaceutical Design, Graduate School of Life Sciences, Kumamoto University.
