Toy Medical Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that its collaborative project with Green House Co., Ltd., "Changing the Conventional Wisdom of Salt Reduction! Development of Delicious Salt-Offset Food Using Seaweed-Derived Ingredients," has been selected for the Kanagawa Business Accelerator (BAK) co-creation subsidy program promoted by Kanagawa Prefecture.

In this project, we aim to implement a new food category called "salt-offset food" in society by combining our "salt offset technology," which allows for the control of salt intake without altering the taste of food, with Greenhouse's cooking know-how and customer touchpoints in contract food services.

Toymedical Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that our joint project with Green House Co., Ltd., titled “Changing the Norms of Salt Reduction! Developing Delicious Salt Offset Meals using Seaweed-derived Ingredients,” has been selected for the Business Accelerator Kanagawa (BAK) Co-creation Subsidy Program promoted by Kanagawa Prefecture.
This project aims for the social implementation of a new food category, “Salt Offset Meals,” by integrating our “Salt Offset Technology”—which controls salt intake without altering meal taste—with Green House's cooking know-how and customer touchpoints in contract food services.
