トイメディカル株式会社は、このたび株式会社グリーンハウス様との連携プロジェクト「減塩常識を変える！海藻由来の成分でおいしい塩分オフセット食の開発」が、神奈川県が推進する「ビジネスアクセラレーターかながわ（BAK）」共創補助金プログラムに採択されましたことをお知らせいたします。

本プロジェクトでは、食事の味を変えることなく塩分摂取をコントロールできる当社の「塩分オフセット技術」と、グリーンハウス様のコントラクトフードサービスにおける調理ノウハウおよび顧客接点を融合させ、「塩分オフセット食」という新しい食のカテゴリーの社会実装を目指します。

[Press Release] Joint Project with Green House Co., Ltd. Selected for Kanagawa Prefecture’s BAK Co-creation Program
Toymedical Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that our joint project with Green House Co., Ltd., titled “Changing the Norms of Salt Reduction! Developing Delicious Salt Offset Meals using Seaweed-derived Ingredients,” has been selected for the Business Accelerator Kanagawa (BAK) Co-creation Subsidy Program promoted by Kanagawa Prefecture.
This project aims for the social implementation of a new food category, “Salt Offset Meals,” by integrating our “Salt Offset Technology”—which controls salt intake without altering meal taste—with Green House’s cooking know-how and customer touchpoints in contract food services.
