What methods and approaches have food tech startups taken as their first steps to scale their businesses?

It is believed that developing unique hypotheses about the value of a product and creating tools to help consumers understand it will be crucial for the future of the food business.

In this session, we will quantify its value from various perspectives, including nutritional value, taste, texture, and functionality.

We will invite startup companies that are beginning to build their brands for the global market, and together with Mr. Moriyama from the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, who is working on quantifying taste within the prefecture, we will discuss how to utilize this knowledge in food development.
